This all-purpose waterproof jacket includes 2" SCOTCHLITE™ reflective trim down arms, around cuffs, and cross front and back. It features Blaure's exclusive B.DRY® waterproof, windproof, breathable fade resistant hi-vis yellow polyester shell fabric. This jacket is authorized for purchase under the Homeland Security Grant Program & Fire Act Grant as PPE.
